Follow the ELBC Story...

ELBC Foundation, an abbreviation for Every Little Bit Counts, is a non-profit organization founded a few years ago by a few old Achimotans spearheaded by Akora Dede Djaba.

Royal Seed Home [Kasoa - 13th Jan. 2016] ELBC working under its old name, Concerned Achimotans, donated barrels of clothing, shoes, school supplies, toys, and backpacks, to Royal Seed Home, an Orphanage in Kasoa.

Yagabaa Girls Sch [Yagaba District - Sept. 2024] ELBC has always been big on girl child education and female empowerment, so we were thrilled to have provided desks to the smart young ladies at Kubori Girls Model School and Yagaba Girls.

Kyebi Hospital [Kyebi - 16th Aug. 2020] Thanks to our benevolent sponsors, we were able to donate medical supplies, educational materials, two polytanks to the Kpachaa DA Primary School.

Nectar Orphanage Foundation [Agomenya, Yilo Krobo - 12th Sept. 2020] ELBC founder, Akora Dede Djaba, visited the Nectar Orphanage Foundation to donate and serve hot meals, water, and cold beverages to the children and staff.

Kyebi Hospital [Kyebi - 16th Aug. 2021] ELBC once again visited Kyebi Hospital (Children and Female Wards) to serve hot meals and donate money. Supporting this cause was Kut Kuntu Asante (Owner of Soul Restaurant).

St. Gregory’s Hospital Foundation [Kasoa - 3rd Sept. 2021] ELBC had the pleasure of visiting and donating medical supplies, toiletries, provisions, pampers, etc. to the female, maternity, and children’s wards.

Victory Bible Church [Chantan - 19th Dec. 2021] ELBC happily took some Christmas Joy to the underprivileged children of the Victory Bible Church, Chantan, Accra. ELBC donated and served the children with packages of cookies, pastries, provisions, and hot jollof rice with chicken.

Nectar Orphanage Foundation [Agomenya, Yilo Krobo - 21st Dec. 2021] ELBC returned to the Nectar Orphanage Foundation in Agomenya, Yilo Krobo to donate well-needed packages of reading and textbooks, stationery, toys, provisions, toiletries, and served hot meals.

E.P. School [Tafieve - 11th Oct. 2022] ELBC received reading and textbooks from one of our generous benefactors and donated them to the E.P. Basic School @Tafieve in the Volta Region.

Jamestown Breast Screening Project [Jamestown - 25th Oct. 2022] ELBC collaborated with the Embrace Breast Cancer Support group to provide a breast screening event at James Town, Mantse Agbonaa. ELBC donated packages of toiletries and provisions to all the participants to serve as an encouragement for future breast cancer detection screening.

Ridge Hospital Kangaroo Mother Care [Ridge - 23rd Nov. 2022] ELBC, as promised, donated a tabletop refrigerator to the Kangaroo Mother Care Unit, at the Ridge Hospital. The doctors and nurses at the Kangaroo Unit take care of mothers facing challenges before, during, and after giving birth to premature babies.

St. Anthony’s Catholic School & EP Kindergarten Presby School [5th Dec. 2022] ELBC traveled to Dzolo Gbogame, in the Volta Region to donate packages filled with provisions, biscuits and toiletries, text/reading books, and stationery to the kindergarten children at both schools.

Korle Bu Teaching Hospital [24th Dec. 2022] ELBC, in collaboration with Grateful Givers, donated and served hot meals—waakye, jollof, kenkey, fried fish, shitor, grilled chicken, and sausages—to patients and staff in the female, maternity, and children’s wards. Afterward, we delivered special ELBC Christmas packages, spreading pure joy and gratitude. “Never stop doing little things for others; they often hold the biggest place in their hearts.”

Donation to Law Student [Ghana Law School - 31st Oct. 2023] ELBC donated GHs 10,000 to Richmond Ganyo Tsatsu to further his legal education at the Ghana Law School.
